Picture this: you're pregnant, sound asleep and you awake suddenly gripped with leg pain. Although normal leg cramps, that are common in pregnancy, often strike at night. The possible reasons include foot position in bed, over exerting the muscle during waking hours, and a sedentary lifestyle.
